If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the person concerned has been informed of these terms.

Aevum provides organisational and informational services to people at or approaching retirement. Our three service offerings are:

Service availability is subject to scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel sessions if necessary, and will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

4. User Responsibilities

When using this website or attending our services, you agree to:

5. Payment & Refunds

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) inclusive of any applicable taxes. Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations by you: If you cancel more than 5 business days before a scheduled session, we will offer a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 5 business days may be subject to a partial charge to cover preparation costs. Please contact us to discuss your situation — we will always try to find a reasonable arrangement.

Cancellations by us: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, and printed materials provided during sessions — belongs to Aevum or its licensors. You are welcome to use materials we provide for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute them for any other purpose without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are organisational and informational only. Nothing on this website or provided during our sessions constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We do not make representations about what any individual's entitlements may be, nor do we predict or promise any outcome from using our services.

This website is provided on an "as available" basis. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and functioning but cannot guarantee it will be free from errors or always accessible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Aevum will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, including any decisions you make based on information provided during a session or workshop.

Our total liability for any direct loss in connection with a specific service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Aevum harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of our website or services, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may end a service arrangement by giving reasonable written notice. We reserve the right to decline future bookings from anyone who has misused our services or behaved inappropriately toward our team. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9 survive any termination.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we can try to resolve any concern informally and promptly.

12. General Provisions

• —Entire agreement: These terms, together with any written booking confirmation, represent the full agreement between us.
• —Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
• —No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in future.
• —Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.
