What exactly does a Paperwork Organisation Session involve?
We meet with you for approximately ninety minutes. Together we go through the documents you have, arrange them into a clear system using labelled folders and checklists, and you leave with a take-home organiser. We follow your pace entirely and do not rush through anything. The session does not include any advice on what benefits you may be entitled to or on financial decisions.
Do I need to bring anything to the session?
Bring whatever documents you currently have — pension statements, correspondence from government bodies, employment records, or anything else you feel might be relevant. Do not worry if things are incomplete or out of order. Part of what we do is work with whatever you have and identify what may still be useful to locate.
Will you tell me what pension I am entitled to?
No — and we are transparent about that from the start. Aevum provides organisational and general information support only. Any questions about specific entitlements, payments, or decisions should be directed to the relevant government departments or a registered financial adviser. We can point you toward the appropriate official resources.
Who is the Workshop Series suitable for?

Yes, absolutely. Having a trusted family member present is often helpful, especially for the Personal Records & Family Briefing Package, where a key goal is making sure loved ones understand where important documents are kept. Please let us know when booking if someone will be joining you.
Where are sessions held, and how long do they last?

Workshop series sessions vary, and the Family Briefing Package is typically completed across one or two visits depending on the volume of documents involved. We will discuss timing with you before you book.
How much do the services cost?

All prices are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of the materials described for each service. There are no additional fees beyond what is stated.
